Your seller account stays on one address
Mercari allows one account per person and watches for accounts that share a device or network story. When Mercari pushes back

If a listing you spotted is gone by the time you open it, that is the market, not the proxy; the buy flow should already be logged in on the sticky line so you can move quickly. If the app will not connect through the line, check that the phone's Wi-Fi proxy is set on the network you are currently using. If pages feel slow, confirm the exit IP and that a 5G device has not briefly dropped to 4G.
