TigerProxies Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 25, 2026. If you run a store, you know customer data is a responsibility, not a stockpile. We treat yours the same way. This policy walks through each point where TigerProxies touches your information, from sign-up to checkout to running a line, and explains what we keep, why, and for how long. It also covers what you can ask us to do with it, and who to contact when you want an answer from a person rather than a policy page.

At sign-up

We ask for an email address and a password; a name field is there if you want it, but it is optional. The password is saved only as a hash, so the original is never on file. Sign-in records are kept to help us notice access that does not match your usual pattern. The registration page includes a reCAPTCHA check to keep bots from creating accounts, and the dashboard uses a sign-in session to keep you logged in while you work.

At checkout

What we record depends on the payment method. In every case we also keep the ordinary billing record of the date, the amount and what was purchased, the same way any store keeps its sales ledger.

Payment methodWhat TigerProxies keeps
Card via Stripe checkoutPayment result and amount; the card details stay with Stripe and we never see or store a full card number
PayPalPayment result and amount; your PayPal details stay with PayPal
Bitcoin, USDT, EthereumThe public transaction hash and address
Zelle, bank wireSender name and payment reference

While your lines are running

The content of your traffic is not inspected or recorded. The product pages, listings, dashboards and data you access through a line stay between you and the site you are visiting.

Some operational metadata is unavoidable when you run a network. That covers items such as connection times, the data volume a line has moved and the addresses that connect to your line. We may process it to operate the lines, to bill for them, to secure the service and to deal with an abuse report concerning an address on your line.

On our website

The public TigerProxies site places no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. The free IP checker and proxy checker look up the address with public IP-lookup services and show you the result; the check itself is not stored.

On Telegram

If you choose to reach support through @tigerproxies_bot, we keep that chat history so the next person who helps you can see the context. Email support is always available if you prefer not to use Telegram.

Who we share with

We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only when the service requires it, for example with Stripe or PayPal to process a payment, or when we must respond to a valid legal request.

How long we keep records

Account data is kept while your account is open. Billing records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after an account is closed if the law calls for it.

Your rights

You can request access to your personal data, correction of errors, deletion, or an export. Email support@tigerproxies.net from the address registered on your account so we can confirm the request is yours. Where the law requires a record to be kept, we will tell you which one.

TigerProxies accounts are for adults only; users under 18 are not permitted, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. Any update to this policy is posted here with a new date.

Questions

Do you keep a copy of my card?

No. Card payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal handles PayPal payments, so we never see or store a full card number.

Will my competitors see what I monitor through my line?

Not from us. We do not inspect or record traffic content, and each device serves only your account while your plan is active.
