TigerProxies Terms of Service
Last updated: September 25, 2026. Every good store posts its rules at the counter, and these are ours. They set out the agreement between you and TigerProxies ("we," "us") for the website, the dashboard, the API, rotation links and each mobile line you run with us. By opening an account, loading funds or sending traffic through a line, you accept these terms. Read them before your first order, the same way you would read a marketplace's seller policy before listing.
A. What is on the shelf
TigerProxies sells dedicated US mobile proxy lines. A line is one physical unit in one of our metros: a 4G or 5G USB modem, a 4G or 5G router, or an Android phone, fitted with its own AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon SIM. At checkout you pick the hardware type and carrier from the stock available in that city. Every line supports HTTP(S) and SOCKS5, UDP over SOCKS5, sticky sessions, and rotation on demand through a rotation link or the API.
Mobile addresses come from each carrier's regional pool, and that pool is finite, so seeing an address twice in a day is normal retail reality, not a defect. Throughput moves with signal strength. We keep the fleet in shape, but the service is sold on a best-effort basis, and we do not guarantee a specific address, a fixed speed at all times, or how any marketplace, storefront or other platform responds to your traffic. Relocating a line to another of our metros is free in the dashboard.
B. Opening an account
Account holders must be 18 or over and legally able to sign a contract. If you open the account for a shop, agency or other business, you confirm you are authorized to commit it to these terms. Treat your dashboard password, API keys and proxy credentials like the keys to your stockroom: whatever is done with them is your responsibility. If you think they have been exposed, contact support and we will reissue them.
C. Checkout and billing
Everything is prepaid. Load funds to your account balance and spend them on plans, or buy a daily, weekly or monthly plan directly at checkout. Renewals are charged ahead of the next period. We may reprice plans for future periods, and repricing never applies to periods you have already bought.
Each device is assigned to one customer. For the life of your plan, the hardware behind your line carries your traffic and no one else's. Refunds, credit for our downtime and chargebacks are handled under the TigerProxies Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.
D. House rules
Run lines for lawful business such as price and stock monitoring, listing and ad checks, localization testing and managing store accounts you are authorized to operate. Marketplace and platform policies apply to you exactly as they would without a proxy; a proxy only changes the route your traffic takes. The following are banned outright:
- fraud of any type, including phishing, fake storefronts and impersonation
- spam and unsolicited bulk messaging
- malware delivery and botnet activity
- denial-of-service or other attacks on networks and sites
- credential stuffing and automated login attacks
- unauthorized access to any system, account or data
- child sexual abuse material, which is reported to authorities
- counterfeit listings or any other content that infringes intellectual property
- breaking the terms of a marketplace or other third-party platform, including fake reviews or account activity the platform prohibits
E. Abuse complaints
We do not look at the content of your traffic. We do act on abuse complaints from carriers, platforms, network operators and authorities. Handling a complaint may include reviewing connection metadata for the line, asking you for details, and suspending the line or the account until the matter is settled. Confirmed violations may lead to termination, and we answer valid legal requests as the law requires.
F. Brand and software
The TigerProxies name, site, dashboard, API and documentation belong to us or our licensors. You may use them to run your own lines under a limited, revocable permission. Copying, redistributing or reverse engineering any of it requires our written consent.
G. Warranty and liability
So far as the law allows, TigerProxies is supplied as is and as available, with no express or implied warranty, fitness for a particular purpose included. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost sales, profit, revenue or data, interrupted business, or suspensions and bans a third-party platform puts on your accounts. For any claim, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid TigerProxies during the 30 days before the event behind the claim.
You will indemnify TigerProxies for any claim, loss or cost that comes from your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your breach of the law or of someone else's rights.
H. Closing an account
You can stop at any time. We can suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, for abuse, or for legal and compliance reasons, with or without notice as the situation calls for.
I. Updates, law and contact
Revised terms are posted on this page with a new date, and continued use after posting means you accept the revision. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the U.S. state in which the operator of TigerProxies is organized.
