TigerProxies Refund Policy
Last updated: September 25, 2026. Any retailer worth buying from stands behind what it sells. Plenty of proxy sellers post "all sales final" and stop there. TigerProxies does not. Below are the returns we accept, the credit we give when our equipment lets you down, and the few situations where we cannot help. Every request is judged against this page, which is part of our Terms of Service.
Dead on arrival: the first-order guarantee
If a new line does not work as described, report it within 24 hours of purchase. Support will try to repair it, and if that fails, try moving it to a metro or carrier that works. If we still cannot hand you a working line, we refund that order in full.
Speed matters here, just like returning a faulty item before the receipt window closes. Early reports are also easier to fix, since a quick relocation often clears the fault.
Our downtime, your time back
A line that is down because of our hardware or network earns you time: your plan is extended by at least the time lost. We usually add it on our own. If yours has not been added, ask support and we will apply it. Think of it as a rain check: you paid for a certain run of service, and you still get the full run.
Store credit you have not spent
Balance on your account that has not been spent can be refunded on request within 30 days of the top-up. It goes back the way it came in:
- card and PayPal top-ups: returned to the original payment method
- crypto top-ups: sent in the same coin, at the USD value credited to your balance, minus the network fee
- Zelle and bank wire top-ups: returned to the sending account, minus any bank fee
Renewals by mistake
If a plan renewed and you have not used the line since, ask within 24 hours of the renewal. We reverse the renewal back to your account balance, and from there the unspent-balance rule applies if you would like the funds returned.
Final sale items
A small list of situations cannot be refunded:
- time already used on a line that was working
- change of mind after the first 24 hours
- accounts closed for abuse or for violating our terms
- blocks, suspensions or bans applied by a marketplace or other third-party platform, since the platform's decision is not a fault in the line
What a working line means
A line works as described when it connects with the credentials in your dashboard, runs on the carrier and hardware you chose at checkout, and is installed in the metro you picked. Speed will rise and fall with the signal, as it does on any phone, so a slow stretch on its own is not a defect.
When you report a problem, treat it like a return slip: say what you ordered, what you received, and what went wrong. The clearer the report, the faster support can repair, move or refund the line.
Filing a request
Email support@tigerproxies.net or message @tigerproxies_bot on Telegram, and quote the order or line you are asking about. You will get an answer within one business day. Approved refunds are sent within five business days; card and PayPal refunds may take longer to show up because those providers post on their own schedule.
Chargebacks
Before you dispute a charge with your bank, give us a chance to fix it. Support nearly always gets it done faster. Once a chargeback or dispute is open, the account is paused until the dispute is resolved.
Asking for a second look
Retail runs on repeat customers, and we would rather keep you than win an argument. If you believe a refund decision was wrong, reply on your support thread and ask for the decision to be reviewed.
Questions
My marketplace account got suspended. Can I get a refund?
No. A marketplace or platform suspension is that platform's decision and not a fault in the line, so it is outside this policy.
What counts as our downtime?
An outage caused by our hardware or our network. When that happens, your plan is extended by at least the time you lost.
